The Nido
a. The Nido is designed to oer a peaceful and relaxing temporary stay.b. For everyone’s safety and comfort, access is limited to the guests listed in your reservation.
c. o ensure safety and proper hygiene standards, the apartment can welcome a maximum of 4 guests.
d. The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the guests named in the reservation and cannot be made available to others,
whether for payment or free of charge.

Smoking
a. Smoking is not allowed inside the Nido. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.b. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace – please do so carefully and use the ashtray provided.

Pets
a. To preserve comfort, hygiene, and tranquillity for all guests, pets are not allowed inside the Nido.Guide dogs and assistance dogs are always welcome at no additional cost.

Furnishings
a. Please treat furniture and fixtures with care, especially the roto-translating doors,which have delicate mechanisms and premium finishes.
b. If you notice any malfunction or irregularity, please inform us so we can assist you promptly.

Building Rules
a. Parties and events are not allowed inside the Nido.b. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
c. Please do not throw waste, objects, or cigarette butts from the terrace.

Waste Disposal
a. Please follow the recycling rules in accordance with the municipal guidelines displayed inside the Nido.b. A €50 fee may apply in case the rules are not respected.

Liability
a. Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, including furniture, equipment, objects,and shared building areas.
b. Any costs will be charged according to the booking terms or deducted from the security deposit.
